We seek an experienced Provider Relations Manager responsible for building and managing relationships with clinical care providers and strategic healthcare delivery partners. This role supports the development, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of the clinical partner network to ensure high-quality, accessible care for members. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, the Manager of Clinical Partnerships ensures clinical partner alignment with company goals, maintains up-to-date partner records, and helps drive network growth and performance. This highly collaborative role is ideal for someone with clinical partnership experience and strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

We currently work remotely but will require travel to team and client meetings that may occur as frequently as quarterly. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide H1B sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical care providers and strategic healthcare delivery partners.
- Manage outreach, contracting, and onboarding processes for new clinical partners.
- Support the execution of clinical-facing components of client programs or implementations.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to clinical partner engagement (e.g., clinical operations, product, legal).
- Track, analyze, and report on clinical network performance, satisfaction, and capacity.
- Maintain a centralized database or CRM of all clinical partner interactions and agreements.
- Serve as the point of contact for clinical partner questions, escalations, and feedback.
- Support the development of materials (e.g., pitch decks, contract templates, training resources).
- Collaborate on market expansion strategies and clinical partner segmentation analysis.
- Participate in vendor meetings, compliance reviews, and data sharing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in clinical partnerships, provider relations, or healthcare network development.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with healthcare contracting or clinical partner onboarding processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into productive partnerships
- Proficient with CRM tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
Required and Highly Preferred Experience/Skills
- Experience in value-based care, care navigation, or digital health environments.
- Familiarity with clinical provider ecosystems, including hospitals, medical groups, and specialty providers.
- Exposure to managed care models, narrow networks, or payer-provider collaboration.
- Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
- Comfort working with legal teams and reviewing clinical partnership agreements.
- Understanding of clinical partner data, including credentialing, licensure, and performance metrics.
