We’re seeking an experienced Member Marketing Lead to create and operate collaborative marketing campaigns with our clients to expand member reach, drive user engagement, and amplify the value we deliver to our clients and members. This role is responsible for the ideation, content creation, execution, and success of the marketing campaigns, working with both EmsanaCare product and client leadership and client teams to drive improved user engagement metrics.

This role is critical to our forward-looking plans and works across product, sales, and client partnership functions to grow usage across our member base. This role has significant client interaction as we coordinate marketing efforts with client teams following established guardrails and guidance within the client environment.

The Member Marketing Lead will work cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with business and client objectives, create innovative models for marketing to our members via client channels, and ensures operational execution that drives value for all stakeholders. This role is a client-facing role and the Member Marketing Lead is expected to lead and guide conversations with clients to gain buy-in and align on collaborative decisions.

We currently work remotely but will require travel to team and client meetings that may occur … expect 10% travel, on average, for this role. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide H1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Improving user engagement against established metrics
  • Creating content for distribution to members through clients, promoting EmsanaCare and its services to members
  • Collaborating with clients to create that content, customized to their audience, following guardrails and guidance established by the client.
  • Working with Client Partnership to communicate suggested changes to guardrails and client guidance as well as communicating member marketing results
  • Conducting user experience research interviews with members to define trends and strategies for improved member marketing

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience leading marketing campaigns, preferably in environments where campaign content is distributed to users of a business as in a B2B2C arrangement. 5+ years of experience is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience creating both copy and light visual content for marketing purposes, with 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience conducting experience research interviews and analyzing their results is preferred.

Required and Highly Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Excellent marketing and communications skills to a broad range of audiences from line workers to technology teams
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and collaboration skills that come from leading, guiding, and collaborating across client and internal marketing teams
  • Content creation capabilities for content (including copywriting and visual content) across short messaging, email, and print channels. Although video content may be considered for future communications, it is not a critical capability for this role.
  • Candidates with user research skills and analytics of user research results for both qualitative and quantitative research are preferred.
  • Candidates with event management skills including in-person attendance at client venues to meet with members, planning for these events in conjunction with other colleagues, and creating materials for distribution at the events are preferred.

This role offers a salary range of $125,000 - $140,000.
